Member Accounts Representative

Requirements Include:

§ Two years of college, Associates Degree, business school training or equivalent job experience required.

§ Two years of general office experience required

§  Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office and the ability to work with customer information and billing software

§ Communicates effectively verbally and in writing

§ Experience in public relations, customer service and collections

 

Responsibilities Include:

§ Provide customer service to Members

§ Know and explain Coop policies, rates, by-laws, and rules to Members

§  Process membership applications and collect appropriate membership fees and deposits

§  Respond and take action on delinquent payments, return items, energy diversion and high bill complaints

§ Prepare service orders and miscellaneous data entry

§ Respond promptly to all correspondence relating to CREC Advantage Programs

§  Research information using all available resources concerning Member inquiries.

§  Assist with other CREC member programs such as Youth programs, member meetings, Energy Efficiency Programs and participation in community activities as directed

§ Other duties as assigned

 

Offer contingent upon being able to pass the required Cooperative physical examination and drug testing.

Facilities Coordinator

Requirements Include:
-High-school diploma or equivalent

-Must have a proven ability to supervise.

-Must have ability to operate tractors, (i.e. brush-hog, box-blade) power sweeper and hand tools. Ability to operate forklift and perform heavy manual labor is desirable. Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma “Class A” Drivers License. Must have knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and custodial duties. Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:

A. Supervise and coordinate work done by facilities laborers.

B. Perform general clean-up work at the Cooperative facilities. Duties may include removing debris, stacking pallets, utilizing power sweeper for parking areas, manually sweeping.

C. Operate automobiles, light duty trucks, tractors, and other Cooperative equipment and perform duties incidental to the operation of such equipment. May include operating brush-hog, box-blade and/or forklift.

D. Perform or assist with grounds-keeping work. May include some minor building maintenance (painting, changing light bulbs, etc.)

E. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.

F. Wash and clean Cooperative vehicles and equipment, as assigned.

G.Maintain recycled paper.

H.Perform duties in accordance with the Cooperative’s safety rules, operating regulations, and practices; report any unsafe conditions or practices.

I. Maintain office equipment, security cameras and doors, lighting, moving office furniture, all kinds of building maintenance, small building projects and be involved in facilities plan.

J.Perform other work related activities as requested by supervisor. Must have a proven ability to supervise.
