Mr. Swank reviewed the following with the Board of Trustees:

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE REPORT
2010-2011 Committee Assignments were given.
KAMO REPORT
Mr. Nettles gave the KAMO Report including the following:
• Blackberry-Sportsman Acres 345kV Transmission Project
• Hyder Hill 161/69kV, 85 MVA Substation
• Stockton Lake Crossing
• Spokane Capacitor Bank
• Butler Capacitor Bank
• Station Upgrades at Beggs, Ramsey, Bixby, Eudora, Mulhall and Coffman Bend
SAFETY REPORT
Mr. Swank reviewed the Safety Report with the Board of Trustees.
FINANCIAL FORECAST
The Board of Trustees approved the 10 Year Financial Forecast.
WRITE OFFS
Write Offs for January – April 2010 were acknowledged by the Board of Trustees.
OAEC REPORT
Mr. McCune reported on the June OAEC meeting noting the continued legislative efforts to cultivate new cooperative friends and maintain the current friendships the cooperatives have at the State Capitol. They are investigating methods to better utilize Speak Up for Rural Electrification and continue to grow the Statewide PAC. They plan on utilizing the current Energy Coalition, as well as continued implementation of the Grassroots Oklahoma, GO, effort.
