CEO REPORT
Organizational Structure/Employee Complement
David Swank shared recommendations to improve the organizational structure and cost-saving measures with the Board of Trustees.
2011 Strategic Plan/Capital Items
David Swank reviewed the proposed budgeted 2011 Capital Items with the Board of Trustees.
2011 Budget Review
Patricia Nance reviewed the proposed budget noting that the year-end numbers are estimates.
Board Committee Calendar /Work Plan
David Swank reviewed the Board Committee Work Plan.
SAFETY REPORT
Steve Henderson reviewed the Safety Report and previous Safety Meeting with the Board of Trustees.
NRECA ANNUAL MEETING VOTING DELEGATES
The following voting delegates were selected for the NRECA Annual Meeting: Gary McCune, NRECA; Louise Ethridge, CFC; David Swank, NRTC; Raymond Nettles, Federated Insurance; Len Tontz, NISC; David Swank as alternate for NRECA, CFC, Federated Insurance and NISC; and Len Tontz as alternate for NRTC.
OAEC REPORT
Gary McCune presented the OAEC Report from the December OAEC Director’s Conference. He noted that all of the CREC Board of Trustees were in attendance.
KAMO REPORT
Raymond Nettles presented the KAMO Report including an update on copper theft, fiber and radio towers.
