SAFETY REPORT
Steve Henderson reviewed the Safety Report and previous Safety Meeting with the Board of Trustees.

ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE REVIEW
The Board of Trustees reviewed CREC’s assessment in the area of governance best practices which is a part of the cooperative’s overall Enterprise Risk Management Plan.

PRE-PAY/SECURITY DEPOSIT CAMPAIGN
Member Services is sending a letter notifying specific members who are required to have a security deposit of the opportunity to use Pre-Pay to avoid the cost of a security deposit.

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT APPROVAL
The Board of Trustees approved a construction contractor list.

KAMO REPORT
Raymond Nettles presented the KAMO Report including:
• NERC industry recommendations
• Copper theft
• AECI performance review
• Mercury collection
