The Regular Meeting of the CREC Board of Trustees was held December 1, 2011.

Gary McCune presented certificates to CREC employees responsible for planning the Day of Wellness

CEO REPORT
David Swank reported that Clint White was accepted to MBA Sustainable Development Program with renewable energy concentration. He also reported that CREC Cares delivered twenty-five Thanksgiving dinners to families in need.

Mr. Swank discussed the campus improvements to meet current and future needs of the cooperative.

Mr. Swank also informed the Board of CREC subsidiary activities.

Special Board meeting for the 2012 budget approval was scheduled.

KAMO REPORT
Raymond Nettles included the following for the KAMO Report which included:
• AECI Update
• KAMO safety and compliance issues discussed by Mr. Rowland
