Leaders across Oklahoma will have a distinct opportunity to further develop their leadership skills through a series called LeadershipSource University. Mr. Steve Kreidler, executive vice president at the University of Central Oklahoma, will speak about empowering team members on Thursday, Feb. 11.

The seminar will focus on building relationships that add value to your organization through the power of communication. Learn why empowered team members have a higher retention rate, better job satisfaction, incredible loyalty and higher morale, and how you achieve the same results.

The session begins at 2 p.m. and ends at 4 p.m. The seminar is a part of LeadershipSource University, a partnership between UCO and CREC. All LeadershipSource seminars are held at the CREC Training Center located at 3304 S. Boomer Rd. in Stillwater.

The registration fee is $75 per seminar and includes instruction and materials.
