With Pre-pay, there is no deposit, no disconnection fees, and you can pay as little or as much as you want!
About Pre-pay
As a prepaid customer, the normal security deposit is not required. Normal membership fees apply. Prepaid customers are not subject to normal collection fees. Payments can be made in any amount; however, service turned off due to a credit deficit will remain disconnected until the outstanding balance is paid.
Prepaid electric service requires your account to have a credit balance at all times. No disconnection fees
Disconnections can occur anytime Monday through Thursday. Medical conditions and or inclement weather will not postpone disconnection. Prepaid accounts are not eligible for payment arrangements.
Online account history
Prepaid accounts do not receive a paper billing statement. Account history such as usage, charges, and payments will be available via the Internet by visiting MySource.coop and selecting the MyUsage page. The Web site will also allow modification of notification settings on the prepaid account.
Pay as little or as much as you want
Service terminated at the request of the consumer will receive a refund of any remaining credit on the account and the membership fee. At the time of disconnect, a balance may remain owing if the consumer's account has become negative. This in no way releases the consumer's responsibility for the owning balance.
